Ryan Klepps is a startup founder and physical therapist focused on helping PT practices build stronger businesses and better patient relationships. After years in the industry, he saw how outdated systems and insurance reliance were holding clinics back. That led him to co-found StriveHub, a platform that improved patient retention and engagement, and later to WebPT, where he helped clinics streamline operations and grow.

Now, as Chief Experience Officer at Second Door Health, Ryan is helping PTs take control of their revenue by building direct relationships with employers and patients. He’s passionate about making it easier for clinics to thrive—without depending on insurance—to ensure PTs get paid what they’re worth while delivering great care.
