Scott Hebert, PT, DPT

Scott Hebert is a startup founder and former physical therapist on a mission to help PT practices take control of their growth. After starting his career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), he saw firsthand how declining insurance reimbursement and rising costs were making it harder for clinics to stay profitable. Instead of accepting the status quo, he co-founded Strive Labs, a patient relationship platform that helped PTs improve retention and engagement, which was later acquired by WebPT.

Now, as co-founder and CEO of Second Door Health, Scott is focused on helping PTs create new revenue streams through employer contracts, patient subscriptions, and better business tools. He’s passionate about giving practice owners a way to grow without relying solely on insurance—helping them run stronger businesses, provide great care, and get paid what they’re worth.
